Bridge over Nahal Ada

Bridge over Nahal Ada

The bridge is located on Route 6531 over the Nahal Ada creek, at the entrance to Jisr al-Zarqa. The bridge replaced an old bridge built in the 50s and in poor physical and functional condition. In order not to disrupt the traffic on the road, a temporary bypass was prepared to replace the existing bridge. Work included the demolition of the old bridge and construction of a new bridge while determining the layout of the creek banks. Water flows in the stream in the wet season so it was necessary to work during the dry season as much as possible and avoid disturbing the regular flow.
